i was one of the fortunate in the beta draw - i played this one months ago! and i absolutely loved it! i thought it was cool how there were different goals to achieve in every level - you meet your goal, you could exceed your goal and achieve "expert", or you could exceed your goal and make all your clients love you to the moon and achieve "perfect" status... perfect was not easy in the early levels and had to be worked out strategically - i always ended up having someone rush the register at the last minute with only four hearts...
the music is gently lifting, the characters adorable - right down to the aerobics instructor who looks like richard simmons! and i love sally almost as much as jane! i knew this would be a buy for me... but like many of you, i'm wondering about the CE... is it worth it for me?? i mean, i just spent a load of cash during the mom's day event... and i just had a health set-back where i can't play as fast right now so TM is really not on my short list...
i know i will eventually get this game, but CE is not really in the cards right now...

I beta tested, I bought it and I love it. I have all of the Sally-games and this one is my favourite. Some of the characters are very sweet some of the levels are very hard and I like the different goals you have to reach for the medals. I think it is good that you can update the items in later levels because in one of the early sally-games I bought everything before I came to to the middle of the game and the rest was only playing, playing, playing. In the "Collector's shop" you can buy a yoga-teacher so you don't have to play this mini-game.

I have all of the previous Sally games and really enjoyed them, playing them more than once. But I was completely and utterly bored with this game before the end of the demo. I won't be buying the CE and I won't buy the regular edition when it comes out either. Thumbs down to the game developer who couldn't come up with something even the least bit interesting and new with this version.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Huge Sally fan... but this one was ridiculously BORING!

Many of the same complaints listed above - I won't bother to repeat. Also the map is lovely, but takes a long time to load and must be loaded between each level -- got old REAL quick! I liked the extras 'Exclusive" features, but not really worth the $$ for the CE. I won't be buying either version, just too much like the other game.
Good game if you liked the demo and don't already have Sally's Spa though!

This is by far my most favorite sally game! I love the characters and the medals. Some people say that's it's too easy but have they finsihed it? The demo was easy but the game gets more challenging and more rewarding. I'm loving this game well worth my 19.95!

I LOVE the Sally games. I have them all and some for the Mac too; but, for $20 I expect more than just two bonus levels that should be there anyway. Ranting isn't usually my thing; however, the trend of adding a couple of extras and almost tripling the price is beginning to annoy me.
Paying more to me means I'm getting something extra special; like posters, a copy of the soundtrack, ways to customize the shop that are fun and depend on your score.
Any thank you for reading my post and have fun! Sally's Spa, Salon, and Studio are all really great challenging time management games

I think this was my first Sally game, although I think we have one that is very, very similiar so maybe it isn't our first and since I can't remember whether we really do have or have played other Sally games, I don't have other versions to compare it to. I do know that I really enjoyed our trial. The characters are cute and the graphics are pleasant. I didn't have any technical problems and the music was pleasant. I liked that the upgrades, such as a helper, continued through to the different levels so you didn't have to purchase them over and over again. Still, as much as I enjoyed it, I think I can definitely wait for the standard version to come out. It just doesn't seem like there is enough extra game play and other perks to make the game worth the CE price.

This reminds me very much of the Spa Mania game that I got a long while ago during one of BFG's $1 sales. Despite the themes of both Spa Mania and this one being what I would describe as themes aimed primarily at the female demographic, I still find myself enjoying them.
I got more than my money's worth out of Spa Mania and have actually wanted a similar TM game for some time. So there's a good chance that once I finish the 1 hour trial of this one, I'll get it. The price certainly doesn't seem that bad to me. Trust me, I've paid far more for games that have ultimately had far less content.
Not bad considering the facts that I tend to hate TM games and that I'm male. So kudos to the developers of both Spa Mania and this one.

Il loved this Sally Game!! Although it was a bit repetattive. I've heard people comment as to how they were selected to be Beta Testers.. How does that work? Also do you guys know when the next 'EMILY' is going to come out?

This is a cool game that I have been thinking about since I tried the demo. It is just not worth $20 to me to get the collectors edition, I am going to wait until the normal edition comes out and then I will likely buy that.

I was completely disappointed for a 20.00 game. i finished the WHOLE thing in hours and all but 2 on expert level...first try on all....boring,...I kept expecting more for a Collectors edition...deleted it in the same day. what a waste of cash...a 6.99 game is a lot easier to NOT enjoy. if it was a kids' game that should have been noted.

I played the demo and got to level 21 in 60 min. And it was pretty boring after 20 min of game. I love sally games. And the grafics are pretty cute. But for 20,00 I wanted something better. I won't pay 20,00 for a 2 maybe 3 hours game.

Really regret paying out for this game, generally too easy except the map doesn't save your perfect score on Sydney level three making it impossible to finish. The sound effects initially amused then irritated me as with all the Oohs and Aahs, it sounds like a third rate porn film, and the guy ithe colourful shirt (American?) sounds like he is saying 'sheer **** Sally' everytime he leaves. Still not worked that one out!!!. Will stick to Royal Envoy and My Kingdom.....
