Just an f.y.i. I checked the "gamers unite" forums and many other users are having the same issue, so it appears to be a tech issue, not a player issue.

Rather than wait for a response for a mod, contact customer support...they're usually very helpful at resolving stuff…hth

I'm having an extremely annoying issue with the Facebook app opening constantly.

It opens when going from city to city, collecting resources, pretty much every time I tap the screen outside of actual game play.

I have tried shutting every app down and rebooting but nothing helps. The game has been rendered unplayable due to this issue.

Is there a fix or are they working on one?

Thanks

Why am I having to download all the cities constantly. I'm in LA Now. If I go elsewhere I have to download the city. I don't get it. Also, I wish there was a way to retrieve the games when theGame crashes. I have lost too many boosts and coins.
Thanks

Hi everyone!

I was just swimming by and noticed some questions in this thread, so I'm going to do my best to answer them!

all_done, regarding the freezing and shortage of blue hats in Shanghai, please contact our Tech Support Team team so they can troubleshoot further with you. For the shortage of blue hats, additional blue hats can be acquired from shipping resources from other cities, but if you still find you're short, our team can certainly help with that.

kaboomaboomer and Tamiraharrell, as for level 98 in Shanghai and level 97 in New Orleans, thank you for bringing those levels to our attention! I will definitely let the team know that there don't seem to be enough red gummies in both levels.

PooDoo53, I apologize that you weren't credited! Our team would love to issue those coins to your game, so please contact Tech Support Team with your linked email address in the game.

Greensplodge, the Oasis boosts are indeed able to be used to clear the desert tiles, while the Rain Cloud boosts are what remove 5 random tiles of sand. Thank you, yarnycakes, for providing that information!

ndrew2685 and GummyWoman, it sounds like there are tiles under the desert tiles on level 89 in San Francisco and 98-2 in Rome that still need to be cleared. You can either use a line boost on that to remove the tile underneath, or an Oasis boost to get rid of the desert tile so you can clear the tile underneath it.

rob_fazer, if you link your game to a Google+, Big Fish, or Facebook email address on your phone, you should be able to sign into that same email address on your tablet, and then your progress will sync up between devices. If you continue to run into trouble with this and to also get the coins that were purchased, please contact our Tech Support Team team with your linked email address in the game so they can assist you further.

tiffone6
, I'm sorry to hear about the crashing and loss of boosts and lives in the game. Please get in touch with our Tech Support Team team so they can troubleshoot further with you to try to get that fixed.

wc09211952, hats and bricks definitely shouldn't be disappearing from your game. Do you happen to be using the Wheel if a level is incomplete to try to win a life or 5+ moves? That could be the explanation for the decrease in resources, as 5-10% of resources are deducted if the wheel lands on a life or 5+ move. If you don't feel that the wheel is the explanation for the decrease in resources, please contact our Tech Support Team so they can investigate that further, and also help with getting bricks and blue hats issued in your game.

Barb3344, the bulldozers on levels 11-20 need to be collected in order to repair the road, and as alvertis5706 helpfully mentioned, the Sensoji Temple (Asakusa) by level 20 also needs to be built as well.

jellybeanan, there are a few different ways to exit out of the game, which are discussed in this thread: How do i exit the game. You mentioned you want to uninstall the game, so if you'd like to uninstall it, just click the trash can icon next to it in the Big Fish Games App (Game Manager) and agree to uninstall it.

djoyofme, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your gems! Please contact our Tech Support Team with your linked email address in the game so they can get those issued to you.

yarnycakes, I'm sorry to hear your boosts are being utilized before you choose to use them. I wish there was a way to stash resources as well! I'm not sure what device you're playing on, but if you're playing on iOS, you may want to try landscape mode, as this puts the boosts on the right-hand side. If you already play in landscape mode, try playing in portrait mode, which will put the boosts at the bottom. Portrait mode is when the Home button is on the top or bottom of the device. Landscape is when the Home button is on the left or right of the device.

ChefPaula, please contact our Tech Support Team so they can troubleshoot further with you as far as the crashing and coins not getting credited in the game. Just click on that link to start filling out the form to submit an email in to them.

poopyturtle and Infobot, I'm sorry to hear that Facebook pop up is intrusive while you play. Please contact our Tech Support Team so they can troubleshoot with each of you one on one, as you should be able to play without constantly seeing that Facebook prompt.

Ehkross, when there's an available update for Gummy Drop!, the content for cities has to be downloaded again, as the total size of each update would be significantly bigger if the content of each city automatically downloaded with each update. Your progress in each city will still remain intact, it's just that the content needs to be downloaded again. As for the crashing and loss of boosts and lives, please contact our Tech Support Team so they can troubleshoot with you and also help with getting coins added to your game for the trouble.

If you have any other questions, please PM one of the moderators!

Doesn't matter; I play both ways...I just thought a 'wallet' or 'backpack' of some sort would be a nice addition

Funny story…I was so worried about NOLA 16 without a waterfall boost because of everyone else who posted...I blew through it like it was nothing!

My resources keep getting lower and lower . Im trying to collect 1,000,00 in pink diamonds in Paris. When I stopped playing it was 980,00. When I went back later it was down to 940,00. This has been happening a lot . What's going on with it?

Well, I'm especially registered here to say: that was "great"! I've lost of all my progress just after closing and opening game. And I don't want to restore my phone from the backup only because of one game. Since I didn't register before and didn't connect FB in game, I guess, my progress cannot be restored. So, yeah, that was great...

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to pop in here and help address the recent posts in this thread.

Jamieny, I'm sorry to hear that it seems your resources keep getting lower and lower. Definitely doesn't make things fun when inventory starts to disappear. We don't have the tools to access your account from here, please reach out to our Customer Support Team with the email address that is linked to your Gummy Drop! game. They can definitely help look into this for you.

Mahach, I'm sorry that your progress was lost in your Gummy Drop! game after closing and opening your game on your device. It is definitely recommended to link your Gummy Drop! game with a Big Fish Games account or Facebook. Please reach out to the Customer Support Team so that they can help in any way that they can.

I hope this helps! Feel free to PM any of the moderators if you have any questions.

I am playing in NYC and built the Brooklyn Bridge but the next levels won't appear so I can not continue there. Is there a bug or is the game broken?

I'm trying to beat level 72 in Paris. You need to get 9000 blue hats which I do but there is one block that is the one where you need to fill yellow gummys in it. Problem is there is no yellow gummys on the board to clear.

Thank you.

Rome 98 Please post any TECH ISSUES for Gummy Drop! Mobile here!

[Post New]by Greatwitch on Jul 21, 15 12:37 PM
Rome 98 cannot be won without using extraordinary amount of cheats. Obviously, if a gamer has progressed this far along, it's safe to assume we know all the cheats etc.and generally know all the tricks. NOTHING works on Rome 98. I have run into a wall.
I have tried to complete the "intern" level for 3 days using countless lives and over 500 coins on shovel cheats to no avail. I have contacted "customer service" with no response.
I understand why you put these absurd levels in the game to take money from some poor slob who just wants to get past it and is willing to pay, but I did that back in San Francisco on a level with a hidden icon (impossible to know it was there) and burned up big $ before questioning it. BTW, you promised to return 2000 coins but never did - because I could never deal with the same CSR person twice so I just gave up.

To any player reading this message, be advised that after level 50 in Rome, you must import or buy HUGE amounts of pinks and greens. All your resources will be spent getting past level 90 to open up more levels. You will now be attempting to gather 10 arrows with the reward of 15 green gems in return for the arrows.NOT GOING TO HAPPEN At level 98, you meet five red flowers that can only be exploded by filling them with red icons . Problem is, there aren't any red icons at least no enough to fill five flowers.......and each "flower" has a timer giving you only seconds to complete. You can hit each flower with a shovel. Price of shovels = 3 for 100 coins unless you pay real dollars for them. You will probably use at least Four shovels each attempt. Then you must achieve a score of 100 before sand obscures the bombs. This game is diabolically in "TAKE" mode and stopped being fun.
It's July 20, 2015. Players, check back in December to see if there's a reply. Don't bother checking back if the response is they are "looking" into it.
If I wanted to burn up real dollars playing a game, I would go to a casino! There at least I would have a chance of recovering real dollars.
Let's see if there is anyone in customer service to explain this one??? Explanation please. I gave up on getting any CSR help back in April when I was in San Francisco.
