Sad ending?

[Post New]by dsrtrosy on Feb 24, 12 10:42 PM
Did the ending make anyone else sad? Of course, I don't believe it...I don't think you actually escape. I wonder if there's any chance they will make a sequel, or if you only get the "answer" if you buy the CE?

Agree that the ending is sad also, but I believe the developer's wanted to make it touch emotions.

This game leaves a great set-up for a sequel, but I don't expect that to happen. A couple of the main people involved with this game no longer work for that company. They are developing the interactive novel "Cinders".

The Epilogue (Bonus) in the CE does not answer questions you may have at the end. It is a prequel that is set before the flood and explains in more detail who the people are in the story, but does not add to the ending.

That's nice that they did it that way. While I don't buy CEs, I'm always glad when it offers good bonus play but doesn't significantly change the story.

That's too bad about the sequel...well, I still love this game!
