My game always crashes towards the end outisde the railway station, no matter how many times I download it...no trouble with any other games.Anyone else have the same problem

If you click on the green envelope on the right hand side, you will get help about the problem from customer support, I had problems with my game and they let me choose another game for free, they might be able to sort the problem out so contact them. Good Luck!!!.
