Waxed key

I have the waxed key but it wil not in to the slot. I tryed everything. What do I wrong?

put a blank in the key maker. Make sure all the switches are down and make a processed key. cover with wax and then insert in lock and click to turn you will get the key back that you have to make .

Thanks! The problem is solved. I think I spent a lot of time with that ***key.

HELP:: I looked at the wax key, put in a blank one. set the switches an got a key but when i tried it on the door it does not work...the switches are right, THANK YOU in advance,

Hi....I'm having the same problem....I've done everything the walkthrough suggests but the processed key will not open the door
