loading a saved game |

When I save a game, close the game, then go to play it later, I cannot load the saved game. There is a picture of a lock next to the 'load game' option. As long as I don't close the game, the saved game shows up. I've started 4 times now and don't want to start again knowing I can't save/load it. Anybody know what to do to unlock the 'load game' option. Have a request in at BF support, but who knows when I'll get a reply.
