green gem

Would like to know how to move forward when the green gem is missing and the hint button does not work. Does anyone know?

If you tried to click on the green gem before the lights come on it will disappear. Sorry, but must start over. Played this game 3 times, and tried to get the gem before that, (in the dark) disappeared. Had to start over.

At least I am not the only one playing this game that is having a hard time with the green gem and the hint button not working right. I really do not want to start this game over.

This problem with the green gem is not to be accepted in a CE game. Should have been fixed on day one. Having to start the game over is crap.

Having same issue and don't want to start over!
