This game doesn't give you the option to change from timed mode to zen mode within the game. You will just have to start again, but in Zen mode this time.

In order to start over and to be able to chose the Zen mode of this game, you've got to change your profile name; just click on the comment (where your present profile name is) that states "if this is not you, click here" area and then input a different name. After completing that task, you'll then be asked the mode version that you want to play to which you'll want to pick the Zen mode.
