i watch the criminal minds on TV and love it

but it will not work on my computer,it says i need to update my vido card but i have bought over a 100 games from you some why will this 1 not work can you help me please thankyou sherrie

If this game is giving you errors, I'd recommend updating some of the graphical components needed for this game if you hadn't already -- even if other games run just fine on your computer. You can find the steps in the below help article:
