Decodeing page.

I have gotten so far in the game and can no longer go further, I don't have the decoder pg, I looked to see what i had missed and have missed nothing. So I started again with a new profile to see if that would work..nope, same thing, no decoder pg.
If anyone knows what to do, i would really appreciate that.

Do you mean the decoder that you find in a HO scene in the second chapter? If so, you will not be able to use the decoder until a lot further on to get the morgue code.

The decoding page is in the diary in the pharmacy. You need to use the invisable ink on it.

Now that I have it I can't figure out where I missed the darn decoder!

The Decoder can be found in a HOS at the town entrance. If you are standing where the hole in the street is, walk down once.
