LOL....when I saw another placeholder after my post I was smart enough to realize that you weren't done. I may not be able to solve the game clues....but THAT clue was not lost on me!

Goodmorning very clever fishies!

To speak with the words of two wellknown Moviecharacters:"
We're not worthy! We're not worthy!" ( Bowing in awe...)

No, I'm not distressed at ALL for working several hours on the anagram, just to read the next day that they forgot some eeeeeeeeeeeeee'sssssssss.....
No biggie.
I have nothing better to do.

At least I was right with Azerbeidjan, woohoo!
Well, I'm off to examine the pictures on Facebook thoroughly
and I'm sure I'll now the truth and nothing but the truth afterwards!
Will let you in on my ramblings!

Yes, I know, You're begging for more, aren't ya?

(That last line was TOTALLY sarcastic because I know that I'm the only one that's impressed with my posts.
But hey, let me have my fun! I'm doing no harm!)

All the clever clues in the world won't make a difference to me if the new MCF is as disgusting as the last one. Just release the game. I'm not holding my breath.

To Hondo and picman:
would it be possible, that you both post new clues in the morning, when you finally drop in?
Some clues have been posted late in the afternoon.
There´s no way for us European fishies to join, due to those d...n 9 hours difference and if you start posting at 3 pm it is already midnight (+/- 1 hour) here. Too late for some of us for solving a clue. The next morning most things and thoughts are done.
lf l wouldn´t have vacation this week l couldn´t join at all.

l really would appreciate, if you would reconsider this.

The clue above is from a neighbor of my friend Georgia; she does not speak the king's tongue and she's one of Prince Caspian's 5 friends!

[b] I had another brainstorm...well more like an nagging intuition....I was stuck on the 'doc' word all day and then Hondo also mentioned it in another post...I know someone looked up all the possible meanings & etc...but I just did a basic google search of 'doc' and every single thing that came up was ...DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. why I think this is important..I don't know...but I did have kinda a goosebump thing when I realized what I was seeing...thats all..I'm sure means nothing

There's a sherriff's building in the concept artwork!

Morning Fishies. Just had a couple of s and an idea came to me .

We're supposed to be investigating the mysterious destruction of a town. But, the concept art shows a town with cars and lights on although we don't see any people. Maybe, rather than using a time machine to go back, it's the medium who is able to *see* how the town was before the destruction. And what we're seeing of the town is her vision of how it was.

I live in the US but I think that's an excellent idea as I know we want as many fishies as possible to be able to participate in the fun.

Sheriffs can be similar to bailiffs in Ireland, Australia and Canada
Sheriffs are judges in Scotland
A Sheriff is a ceremonial position in England, Wales and India
(Thanks Wikipedia)

There are even more listings there. So......we may not be tied to the US by the word Sheriff on the picture.

But they wouldn't use the word sheriff on the building.

We don't have the position of Sheriff any more and those pictures are not depicting anything in the past.

Good Morning All!

Thanks for the new compilation; I have read and caught up fromthe overnight hours. But I must take a leave and go out. We are having a nor'ester today, just what the east coast of the USA needs. We are still recovering from Sandy . 1-3 inches here with a possibility of up to 6".

Will swim in a little later.

I'm currently unemployed (albeit I still am a member of the US Army Reserve), so I've got plenty of time.

Well, except for today and tomorrow; I'm on duty for a couple of days, so I'll be largely incommunicado during the day. Good luck on the clue today all you fishies; I'm sure you'll solve it before I can check in at the hotel tonight!

Took a look at the pictures and noticed the same thing:
* Big Picture: A type of watertower which to my knowledge is typical for the US.
Sheriff's Office with lights on, so not abandoned.
* Top Left: Dark Fog with intense light in the forefront.
Seems like artificial light to me.
* Middle Left: Can't make out anything on the licenseplates. No colour, nada.
* Bottom Left: House with lawn in front of it.
To the right I noticed a light reflecting surface.
Could be concrete, like in a basketballfield but maybe it is water
( Lake)???
* The Colour Palette itself; the top colour is in my opion Olive,
and Oliveoil is Greek.....

That's it.
No brilliant insites frome my part.

About the clue- posting.
I know BigFish is in Seattle, the hour diffence with me is 8 hours...
Right now it's 13.21 h here.
It would be supernice if a clue got posted in a convient time for us in Europe,
but I'm afraid that I'm still no help with solving it...

Actually, I noticed something more;

the big picture on the right is drawn.
The three smaller ones on the left seem more like screenshots to me,
does that make sense?
And on the three smaller ones there is no sign of any ( alive) human activity...

Yeah, I know.
Just love to undermine my own theories.
