Cell Phone

How do you open the cell phone from the car in the junkyard? I can't get it done and it frustrates me that I got this far and can't finish.

If you're talking about Wosniak's cell phone -- go back INSIDE the trailer and place HIS telephone on the table and toggle up and down to remove the backing. THEN place the police officer's cell phone on the same table and again toggle up and down to remove the backing. Use the tweezers to remove the bug FROM THE POLICE OFFICER'S cell phone.
