Hi herrbach,

It sounds like there might be something wrong with the file where your progress data is being saved by the game. The help article I'm linking below has some suggestions you can try to get everything working correctly:

But if you try those things and are still having to create a new profile, please get in touch with our Tech Support team so they can see if there's something more going on.

You can contact them by clicking on the green envelope on the right to get to our Help pages. From there, click "Contact Us" on the left of that screen to submit a support ticket.
