Game won't move forward.

I purchased the ipad version today. At the end of the chapter where you must find the hint button keeps sending me back to the map. It does the same thing from each scene. The diary in the vault lets me flip through pages, but I can't collect the diary.

The hint button keeps sending me back to the map from both scenes and the game won't move forward.

Please let me know what to do.

I would encourage you to uninstall and reinstall the game as it sounds like it is not functioning as it should.

Just to let you know, as long as you are logged on with the same account details used to purchase the game, you won't have to purchase that game again even if the reinstallation process prompts you to purchase.

Was just wondering if you were able to fix the problem as I'm having the same one and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's still doing it I'm
Playing on my iPhone so I don't know If that could have something to do with it any help would be greatly appreciated

Have same problem on IPad. Have uninstalled and re loaded. Still doesn't work

I'm stuck here too. Keep having to re do the puzzle and then have -1 puzzles to complete!
