Game Wont let me go any further

Hey I'm on chapter 5 and Ive done everything even found the diary and put the puzzle together but it won't let me go any further I'm playing off my iPhone and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still won't work it keeps coming up with -1 puzzles to solve in the room with the old guy would really love some help it's driving me insane cheers
