I got pass the 17th level and it says the award is article 4x but it is not lite up?

Ok I dont get it, I am on in 13th spot now and one of the awards say at 17th place u get the article x4 first what is it? and second why did I not get it even though I past 17th spot. Any help would greatly help. Thx in advance

x4 is the ability to serve 4 customers at a time.

Serving 4 customers is a separate award. I never got the Super Article award for placing 17th either.
