A mac user

I tried the trial, everything worked fine, really liked it so bought it, and nothing but problems, glitchs out, can seem to play, anyone else with this problem,
Screen kinda seems like it wants to freeze, freezes for 15 sec, gives me half a sec, freezes again, blah blah

Now when I opened it this morning to give it another shot, I cant even play at all, cant get past the main menu, I re-installed it, can anyone help me at all???? PLEASE????

Same exact problem I've been having. The game worked great, then I bought it and now it freezes at the main menu screen. I've uninstalled, deleted it, downloaded it again, re-installed at least 4 times....always the same problem.

I e mailed customer support...we'll see what they say.

Same problem. I cannot get past the entrance screen, not even to close the program.

Ya I cant close it either, have to restart my comp each time. Freakin thing pissing me off, I want to play!!!! LOL
