Putting ring on floor in crypt-- to go to basement

I can't find any hook to attach ring after pressing floor with hand--even with the collector's guide help so can't advance.

There is a zoom zone to one of the coffins. You can grab the handle ring from it.

I know this is an old post, but just in case someone else has the same problem:

I am using the iPad version. Most of the scenes are very dark and it's hard to distinguish some items. I did find the ring but I could not see a hook either, so I dragged the ring over the section of carpet and it found the hook and attached to it.

But now I have the problem of lightning the torch but I will post that separately.
