Stuck on2nd floor, room 16

Hallo everyone, I´m so happy that I´ve just found thid forum. Earlier when I coudn´t find my way to the end I got so tired and uninstalled the game.
In room 16 I have to find the keys, the pole and the hammer. I´ve searched the whole room . Please, can anyone help me??? Thanks from Birgitta

The Hammer is in the locked case. The keys are at the bottom of the screen by the chair. The question mark only partially shows. Remove the chair first before looking for the keys under it.
