Problems opening buildings in San Jose

I really enjoyed the first game and have just gotten the second one. I have been able to open everything in San Francisco but when they send me to San Jose I can't get into anything. I see the buildings flashing then when I click on it nothing happens. I have re-downloaded this game twice. Is there something I'm not doing right? Please send any help as I really would like to continue playing this game.

I am having the same problem, cant get any of the buildings to open. click and nothing, after I reinstalled, I cant even get then to highlight now.

Did you get yours fixed, or does anyone know what the problem is?
