mind and soul

Need help with mind and soul..I've changed the letters to spell out mind and soul..I've pumped blood from the heart into the buckets... I've tried to hit the thing to raise the little thing...what am I doing wrong...help..and thanks in advance.

Belle, you're doing the right stuff. Overfill the buckets so both flags are raised. They both need to be at the top when you click the mallet. Good luck.

how long does it take to fill the buckets up or do I need to do something else as well?
After at least mins pumping, both buckets are nearly full, but the level does not continue to rise. It has stopped about an inch from the rim. Have tried 3 times now and it is the same each time.

The level does not rise and overflow. Once you have pumped the cups full a flag rises to the top on either side of the strength tester. While they are both up, click quickly on the hammer to propel the weight up to strike the bell. If the flags are not at the top, the hammer blow will be to weak to ring the bell. Pump, pump, pump, then hammer quickly.
