Luigi's room

I have the key to his room and I could have sworn that last night I was on an elevator to, Luigi's but I was very tired. Can't seem to get anywhere. I already have Mario's photo, and I have the chain saw blade but no chainsaw and can't find the dog or Luigi's room
Can someone give me a little push?

I don't think the chainsaw comes in two pieces. If you bought it from Giovanni's, you should be able to use it on the wardrobe blocking the stairs.
