Stalled

Hi! I really need Help

I can't work out the coffee making in the jail. I am obviously being very stupid and have wasted so much time trying to make the coffee. I can only find 3 items carafe. filters and coffee. I know you have to put them in the correct order so what am I missing (obviously you have to have water too but I can't find it)? Then of course I have to get them in to correct order. Without help I will probably be at this stage of the game forever!!!!!!!! I am new at these games so I am still finding my way.
