Boggle Boo Boo!

I love Boggle and play EVERYDAY. But last week my game started acting weird. It keeps putting up the exact same puzzle every time I startup. I've emptied my cookies, temp files, history and uninstalled (shut down computer to clear) then reinstalled. I wrote an email to Big Fish but haven't heard back anything. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thanks!!! I MISS my morning Boggle games!
