Pump room

I'm being told to get the shovel in the pump room but I can't find it. I've been all over the place. I need that shovel to continue. Can someone please tell me where the
pump room is??

After taking a look through for you, it looks like you need to zoom in on area on the right. Once you're zoomed in, you'll see a bit of the shovel sticking out. If you look at this screenshot here, it's the area labeled with an "R":
