W32/sdbot Worm Virus

I downloaded 7 Wonders: Treasures of Seven in December and have been playing the game without problems. I downloaded an update to McAffee at the end of Jan 09 and it removed the game saying there was a worm virus. Contacted McAffee and they said an anti-virus update would cure the problem. I've had several updates, but still cannot re-install the game. Anyone? ? ? ?

I got the same mssg here, so I was looking for answers. I'll keep looking. I think it may have to do with McAfee, but I'm going to look around for a bit first.
