hi, i just downloaded / purchased this game... says jave script error. will not load.
i have java and no other game that i downloaded/ purchased over the last year and the 3 games i bought last nite.
after the errir message// yes or no.. the 1st part of game loads asking 4 name and password to protect my scores. than next page says pls wait loading global scores, etc.
i have reloaded more then once.
i have windows vista .. some games will not play / be compatible w/ vista. help pls
this game looks really fun and i am sad i can not load it and play.
also, if i can't get it to play on my laptop... how do i get credit 4 a new game?
also, i deleted Atlantis and could not get it bk w/out using my second credit from Verbatium.

this game is not made for vista according to the game page.

if you contact tech support they'll be able to help you

I'm having problems running the game on my laptop. I get script errors every time, but on my desktop computer I can run the game without any trouble. Is it because my desktop is running XP and the laptop is running Vista? If so, what can I do about it?

I was wondering about Penquin scoring...How can someone have 800 points??
Most people have 244 to 246 a couple have 300..but 800?? I just do not understand how they can do that? Does anyone know?????

I have the same problem with this game. It looks like a lot of fun, and gets a script error every time I load it. I was told that it is because the game is not compatible with Vista. Is there a newer version that gets around this problem or is there no way to fix it? Just wondering.

it says download scores & when i did i lost all my points!!!!!!! is there any way to get them back???????///

I can't figure out how they rank your score. I have more perfect games played but don't rank very high

I was a Penguin 'demigod' (sobbing uncontrollably). A day or so ago, I was unable to get the Global rankings to load -- the message said it was unavailable, busy or I wasn't online which I was so I thought 'no biggie' I'll try again later.

So I went to play my daily 5 games or so and BLAMMO -- all scores were reset to ZERO!!! I made sure I was signed on as me (and not the kids/hubby), and I was. Global Rankings are still unavailable (same message) and obviously, as I post reflects that I'm online w/a connection.

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I was a demigod ranked under 75 of xxxx players.

I'm queasy when I think how long it took to GET there and the thought of starting over again? Somedays there just is NOT enough coffee.

Looks like I'm going to redownload the game and hope to HECK the rankings are stored somewhere in BigFishLand.

That is so sad, Berta! Congratulations on your achievement & I hope you get your scores back!! I am trying this game for the first time this weekend.

For those that have lost their scores. Try redownloading and using the same passwood and player name. Do not change player name. Use same upper or lower case. I have been playing this game since 2002 and have had that happen.
The global scoring will go off now and then but the server will fix it. If this happens be sure to e-mail Big Fish tech support. We have been through a lot of problems with this game and am hoping someone out there has tryed it on windows 7 candidate and has had luck!! Reached 7 Million in the global score on 9-15-09.

Lost scores twice today and found I had to d/l them again.

I also can't save my options... lose the volume settings, a real pain.

I can't get this to load. SCRIPT ERRORS. I've updated as told. AND, what makes me really angry, is that I cannot send an email. I have to hit "look for answers" and the message will not send. I'm not a happy user.
