If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

I went to the help files and followed all the directions but the game refuses to start. I hit play in the game manager and nothing happens. I updated all my drivers and still I can't get the game to start. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still the game will not start.

What else can I do?

I am running windows on my mac and none of the other games I have downloaded from BigFish have any problems.

Have you looked at our Mac specific help page here?

When I exit the game my Mac computer screen changes and what is on my desktop moves up and hides some of my iCons on the top of the screen. Maybe it is a resolution problem, but I am not sure.

This is my first post of any kind on bfg...unfortunately, I'd really like to try this game but have installed and uninstalled so many times I've lost count. When I click "play" nothing happens - no error messages, no half starts, nothing. Wondering what I can do...I'm not really tech savvy!
