If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

Hi, I don't know if this is a technical issue or if there's something I should do during the game:

In the first duel, everything to work fine, I hit the notes as well as I can, but after a moment, there are no more notes, no more music. I see Chopin and my opponent move, so the game isn't freezed, but the duel doesn't stop.

I tried 3 times in 3 different modes (too easy, easy and normal) and it's always the same. Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to fix it ?

I'm having the exact same problem as Arachena. During the trial period the game worked beautifully and progressed to a screen showing your score. If you won the dual you were given the option to replay the dual or move to the next chapter. After buying the game, I am experiencing the same problem described by Arachnea. I tried changing the graphics quality with no improvement. I'm thinking of changing the screen resolution to see if that helps. I'm wondering if it might be a Windows 7 issue, but why it would work in the demo with the exact same settings and not in the full version has me puzzled. Does anybody have any other ideas?

I'm really sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing in the first duel.

In cases like this we found that it often helps to uninstall and reinstall the game as this will make sure that all files are in their right place.
