Can anyone tell me how to get the wood for the fire my saw will not cut it and I assume it is the wood by the box and where do I go from there, hint is useless.

Use the axe/hatchet. I'm having trouble getting the "A" on a HOS. I can't get it off the wall. Any clues anyone!?
