HELP! I cannot open the 71! It says I need to get all the gears, but I HAVE all the gears and put all the numbers in the clock and I have all the scrolls! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I e-mailed Gamgo and they said to load v 1.14 to correct the scroll issue. They say BFG has the new version. Checked and they still don't have it. Any one know when it might be out? They also suggested to start over with a new name, but no guarantee that it will work.
