Silver String

Can anyone help me here? It is time to repair the harp, but I only have the gold string - I tried to go back to the couple with the baby, but there is no string there. Thanks!

In order to get the silver string from the couple, you need to give them a doll for there baby. Once you have fixed the harpoon (on pirate ship) and shot it (at bullseye), it will knock down the lantern (cage) that has the doll in it.
