Ligosi

[Post New]by SueDee67 on Nov 17, 12 3:06 PM
I'm stuck in Lugosi. Can't reach the last enemy as it is in the yard beside the Refreshment pool and trees block it from getting out and the party from reaching it.
Can't leave the town either. All doors are locked.

HELP!!

I had the same problem of not being able to get to 1 enemy. The door to the big building on the north side of town is unlocked. Just enter it.

Ok entered the building and got captured, building on fire, and escaped.

Still stuck in the town, still can't kill the last enemy and all doors are locked.
I am angry, frustrated, and beginning to be sorry I bought this game, I will NOT start
over again.

Don't worry about the last enemy, I have no idea why he's there so that it is impossible to get to him. You father said to meet him in a clearing in the woods outside of town. Exit the town, you will see an area that sparkles, enter it. After events there you can re-enter Lugosi, it will be monster free. You can get supplies & 2 side quest.

Hope that helps,

When you go back through Bathory Flats, you will be asked if you want to Enter or Pass Through. The Pass Through option does NOT work so you have to Enter & walk all the way back through.

Hope that helps,

I haven't been able to get into Lugosi. . . the vampires at the edge of town, led by Bannon Swift, keep paralyzing then killing my group. Is there a secret to getting past them?

You have to use everyones multiple enemy attack to kill all the Lonely Acolytes in the 1st round, then paralyze and poison Brandon Swift. Orlok's Batwing Strike will hit Brandon Swift 3 times when once he is alone.

Hope that helps,

OK. . . how do you get Batwing Strike for Orlok? Also, why aren't all the skills listed on a character's skill list able to be accessed during a battle?

On the Main Menu, where you can check Items, Skills, etc., there is a Tab that says Skill Equip. If you open Skill Equip, you should have some Empty slots. Click on an Empty slot for a list of Skills & pick the one you want. You can only have 5 usable Skills at any time. You may have to Un-equip a Skill to use another. Also some Skills can Not be equipped while others are. For instance Mina can Not equip Arrow Rainbow if she has Jackhammer Shot or Volley eguipped. It's a pain but that's how they made it.

This is what the Strategy Guide says:

SKILLS: In this game you will need to equip the skills you
learn (either by leveling up or by having read them in a scroll)
the same way you need to equip new gear before you are able
to profit from it.
The reason is that you won't be able to have more than four
skills at a time (plus 1 inherent to each character adding to a
total of 5) and it'll be up to you to choose which ones you
prefer. You can change them around as often as you want and
anywhere in the game except of course while in battle. In fact
you are advised to do so and it's a good strategy to try to
adapt your skills to the enemies you'll be facing!
There are a few restrictions though... Skills are classified
based on their nature as defensive, offensive, special, etc. You
are only allowed to have one unique skill equipped at a time
and up to 3 rare skills! So there are certain skills that you will
never be able to have at the same time. That makes it more
interesting to plan and choose them wisely!
In order to equip a skill you should go to the Skill Equip
Menu and select the character whose skills you want to equip.
Click on an empty slot or an occupied one, in case you want
to change it, and select the skill you want to equip in it. If the
skill you want is not available for you to equip that means
you have already reached your limit of either 1 unique or 3
rare skills in which case you'll need to unequip another skill
first in order to be able to select the one you want now

Hope that helps,

I'm glad that helped.

Atfter leaving Lugosi, you have to go to Tete to get a Bat for transportation to Belmont. If you are using the mouse have a Back-up Save Point. Several players have landed inside town & had to Restart the game because they couldn't get the bat back out of town.

Hope that helps,
