3 zoo mystery

stuck on level 25 can't get the last clown shoe. it's in plain site but nothing happens when i click on it . can anyone help please

3 Day Zoo Mystery wouldn't allow me to do a puzzle, so I went to the Main Screen and clicked "Quit", not "Exit". I had to start the level over, but at least I could continue playing the game.
