If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

After playing through the game up to level 20 I cannot progress further due to the following error which has now occurred 4 times, even after trying various problem solving solutions: restart, checking drive/software/graphics card, referring to BFG 'help' pages etc.

Error: Access violation at 0x08741CEF (tried to read from 0x00000014), program terminated.

It appears there is a bug in the game software that requires a patch. Need advise on this one so I can get full use out of my game credit.

An Access Violation message appearing while playing your game is generally related to your computer’s graphics configuration not matching what the game requires in order to run smoothly.

The best way of dealing with this is to have a look at the following help article and update any elements you can:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Hello,

When I get to level 28, I am unable to pass the level because the dwarves that go under the ground go under and then do not move down the "road" I have tried restarting the game and my computer but it has not helped.

It sounds like your computer might have some problems to process the game properly. In cases like this it often helps to uninstall and reinstall the game as this will make sure that all files are in their right place.

If this doesn’t help, our Technical Support will be more than happy to have a further look at this with you so you can enjoy your game again! i cannot get off level 10. It keeps crashing ...only on level 10... I reinstalled it tried to follow help stuff but it still crashes...going to try again. This is so frustrating ... If I cannot fix it I will ask for a refund.
still crashing on level 10...i hate this!!!!!!
