Mushrooms

Good morning. Am seeing mushrooms everywhere I roam. Just wanted to know does picking them up come later in the game or was there something at the beginning I needed to do to be able to pick them up as I go along. Thanks much.

Thank you. Had to start over as had a pc problem.

Does she find the "thing" in the caves before she exits with the 2 other characters? I don't want to miss something because it seems that then you cannot go back and I also do not want to have to go back and try to find the mushrooms if I can just collect them all along the way. Thanks!

Go look in one of the houses in the cave...look on the book shelf, hope it helps
