I can't play unlock full version after purchased game. I've try to loaded game again and again and try to buy game too but it told me "You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free."
I don't know what's it mean and why.

Hi JJSJ,
As long as you are logged in with the same account details used to purchase the game, you won't have to purchase that game again, even if the process prompts you to do so.
All you need to do is agree to 'BUY' but you won't be charged again - the system will recognise the game is already purchased.

Thanks for your answer. I don't worry about my purchase but I want to play game. However I'll try to load this game until I can play it or contact Customer Support Team for help.

I can buy and play "Princess Isabella : Return to the Curse Collector's Edition". It's not My iPad's problem. Today, it's still can't unlock the Vampire Saga 2. I reload more 10 times.
