Why won't my player profile or game progess save?

I got a new computer and installed Jigsaw World and am very frustrated. On my old computer, it would save my puzzle progress, but I have noticed that on the new laptop (uses Vista, which may be the problem?) it will not save my player profile or my puzzle progress. I can't always finish it in one setting.

Any ideas??

I just purchased this game and I am also experiencing the same problem. Did you get any answers? I also have a new laptop with Vista.

I seem to have corrected this problem by turning off Vista's user account control feature. You might give that a try.
