Dora Saves the Crystal Kingdom-the Bernstone Maid

Can´get get past the butterflies more than the first time.It doesn't matter in what order we put the colours.What can we do about it?
The Bernstone Queen-can´t get past the tied cupboard.
My children would appreciate some help.
