Mosaic Pieces

What is the location of the mosaic pieces? I only have two and need three. The last one I obtained was in the dungeon. Thanks.

Don't know which one you're missing but I do recall that there's a mosaic piece in the well at the forester's house; you've got to use the gaff in order to get it.

I MAYBE incorrect but I do recall the Secretary (the person who told you not to trust the Baron) also had something in his hand that you had to go back for; maybe it was a mosaic piece?
