Once again, a timer that isn't optional in any part of a game = no sale to me.

I'm not a fan of timers, either. Nor am I a fan of tutorials that can't be turned off if one doesn't need them. How hard could it be for game developers to make timers and tutorials optional for the customer?

I enjoy mahjong games now and then but like to be able to choose for myself if I wish to take my time or play against a timer.

It would seem the developers would be doing themselves a favor to build in options for the game to be played timed or untimed... and also for the player to be able to turn off the tutorial if he/she wishes. More shoppers would be willing to purchase the game.

Happy gaming for those who like timed games and mandatory tutorials.
