chapel key

the butler never gave me the chapel key and now i cannot progress...i am not starting over or uninstalling and reinstalling...and the hint button also quit working...so, i guess i wasted my money on this game...

I guess I'm not going to give up... the same thing happened to me. No chapel key. And I did re-install. No luck.

Did you guys get it resolved, it happened to me too and I wonder how many OTHers!!?
