How do a place the carafe in place in the capital building???
I have tried every way I can with no luck, I have even re-installed.

I am sorry that the carafe is not responding like it should!

If you haven't already, I would firstly suggest clicking 'around' the area as sometimes, the 'hotspots' that trigger an action can be a little off, or not where we expect them to be!

You could also try hitting the hint button to see if that will highlight what is expected of you or flag any other tasks that need to be completed before placing the carafe.

If neither of these tips help though, please contact Tech Support for further assistance by clicking on the green to the right of the page.
