Tile Puzzle in "Last Chapter" |

I cannot figure out what to do with the "tile puzzle" in the extra "Last Chapter". What do the row and column numbers mean and what squares do I click? The Walkthrough on Causal Games Walkthroughs does not cover this bonus type chapter.
