Princess with amulet

I go to the tower on the top level to get the amulet from the princess and she just stands there with her hands together. I've gone back to check if I missed something but I don't think I did. I can't move on with the game without the amulet. Help!

When that scene becomes available, the princess should be holding the amulet in her right hand. If that isn't what's happening, I recommend using the walkthrough we have available here to see if any steps were missed:

Royal Detective: The Lord of Statues Walkthrough.

That walkthrough is the for the standard version of the game, but should have most of the same scenes, including that one with the amulet.

Hopefully that helps so you can get past that part!

I have the iPad collectors version with the walk through. I don't think I missed anything. The princess stands there with her hands together. She's all blurry too. Almost like I already got it but I didn't!

I am having the same problem with the iPad version. The strategy guide says to zoom in on the princess, but that's not possible. I've tried tapping on her and expanding my fingers on the screen, but nothing happens.

It's sad because I was really liking this game! I'll post if I can figure it out.

Same here. Checked the whole walkthroug everything seems done, but I do not get the Amulet! Bug? Did somebody re-start the game? Did it work the second time?

I have tried everything too. Not possible to get the amulet. Very a pity. My princess and me are both empty handed.

I had the same problem then I read that someone else said that you had to talk to her right after the cut scene. So, I started over and tried that and it worked. It sucked that I had to start over but it was the only way I could move forward.

Today I started the game new, but when I came to the Princess I tried to talk to her fist thing, but it still did not work. No amulet. What a pity as I really like the game. I hope we will get an update soon . I reported it to the tech support and hope the problem will be solved soon. I don't feel like to work through the game again for the 3rd time.

I've talked with our Mobile Experts here and like avenger09 suggests there's a work around that has helped a several players running into the same issue. If you'd like to give it a try, restart the game with a new player profile and make sure to talk with the princess when first entering the tower!

If you've already tried these steps and the amulet is still not able to be collected please be sure to contact Mobile Support. They'll definitely do everything they can to help!

I just wanted to swim by and let you know that we've just released a new iPad version of Royal Detective: The Lord of Statues Collector's Edition that addresses that issue with the princess and the amulet. You can view more information about that update here.
