Royal Detective Statues - Princess won't talk

Loving this 'till I get to Princess in the Tower - she won't talk to me and she's not holding the amulet I need. Can't see any reference to this elsewhere. I'm playing on iPad 4G that's recently upgraded to iOS 6.1, which seems to be causing problems elsewhere ...

You have to talk to the princess right after the cut scene. If you don't, it won't work. It happened to me too and I had to start the game over.

I'm sorry to hear that was happening, but I did want to let you know that we've just released a new iPad version of Royal Detective: The Lord of Statues Collector's Edition that fixes that issue with the princess and the amulet. You can view more information about that update here.
