I found the battery, now what?

How do you get to the suspects apartment?

You will use the battery to light up one of the locations which is dark without it.

When you find the 'battery' in one of the other locations, click on it and it will be a charge that comes off of it. Then when you go to the other location that said that you needed the battery to open that location, you will get what is either like a flashlight beam or a magnafing glass, that will let you search that other location for the clues.

Each one of the other locations will have a battery however, on each time that you start a new search, the battery will only be in ONE of the other locations, so it will not be in the same location but if it is, then it will be in the same spot on that location..
