The iPad/iPhone/iPod touch version is here! March 2, 2013

Hi iFishies,

Great news! We now have the iPad/iPhone/iPod touch versions of Phenomenon: City of Cyan available! You can click here to check out the iPad version, and here for the iPod touch and iPhone version.

Although the gameplay will be similar to our PC/Mac versions of this game, please feel free to use this thread to get some tips or to ask questions to other players. If you're experiencing any technical issues with Phenomenon: City of Cyan, you can view our help article that covers some basic troubleshooting steps here:

I have purchased the game on IPAD under the Apple ID account [Removed by Moderator] and I went to unlock the game by clicking "already purchased" and "unlock now" the game would not load for days. I tried reinstalling through appstore in the purchased section and still doesn't work. Please help me!

I have the same problem with this game and many new Big Fish games.
The issue is only with Big Fish games.
I reply the issue to the Customer Support, but the problem is going on.

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting this game unlocked!

It is definitely best to work with our Mobile Support Team directly on this issue. They have the best information about how the process should go. And if there is a bigger with the way our games are processed through the iTunes site, they'll be able to begin to compile details that will help us get it addressed with Apple.
