I went ahead and moved this to the official Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst ™ forum. You can find individual forums for each one of our games by going clicking on the All Game Forums link at the top of the page. Just click on this link and it will take you to this page.
I think that Lizziek posted a solution here.
If that isn't the door puzzle that you're talking about, please check out some of the other threads - also, advanced search is a great resource. Under "Search All Forums" to the right, click on "Advanced Forum Search" and type some key words in, then select Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst from the list and click "Search." If you can't find the answer there, you're always welcome to post in this thread and ask again.
