I made the garden on each side of the road look alike, but that did not work. Any hinsts?

They need to be the same color as the side they're planted in, not each other. Purple/Blue on the top Yellow/White on the bottom.

As long as you don't plant the same or similar colors in both gardens (one garden was yellow and white and the other was any colors left over) you'll get the bonus.
